Mars candy kills

So I was on peta.com and I found out something that I feel very compelled to tell you all about especially sense it is getting close to Halloween . Mars Inc. , the company that makes candies like M&Ms , Skittles , Dove candy bars etc. , does cruel and inhumane testing to animals . They do things like force feed mice through tubes and then cut them open in places just to see the effects of a high cholesteral diet . Sense we have such advanced technology today experaments like the one I just mentioned are no longer needed and they also are not prohibated by law to do these experaments . On a plus side ( and also to show you how much doing test lon animals isn't needed ) I would also like to tell you that Mars Inc.'s main competitor , Hershey , does not test on animals . I'm really not very good at explaing things so just to give you a little bit more info on what's going on I am including a video in this blog .

Ok so it's been awhile sense I posted a actual blog instead of just like a movie review so I decided I wanted to post one . First off I'm trying to get on at Blockbuster . I mean I like my current job but I think I would be able to get more hours at Blockbuster and I also think I would just enjoy it more in general . Plus I go there so much that I've pretty much became friends with all the people that work there and I know they are really nice . So hopefully I'll get on there.

My fiance just found out he got moved to day shift . He normally works night shift but his supervisor still hasn't returned from her eye surgery yet so they are putting the night shift people on day shift until they find someone to fill in for his supervisor . I found that out because he just called to tell me that he is about to get off because sense the switch starts tomorrow he will have to be at work at 6 am . I kinda wonder how that's going to turn out because I know he isn't much of a morning person . But anyway I guess that's all for now .

Jon Favreau directs, with Marvel movie veterans Avi Arad and Kevin Feige producing.

My thoughts : I love this movie . It has a great storyline . If you have read any of my previous reviews you know I am a Robert Downey Jr fan so of course I think his acting is amazing . I also think that both Terrance Howard and Gwenyth Paltrow put on incredible performances in this movie and that Jon Favreau did a amazing job directing the movie . I also think the cg in this movie is really good . I would say that this movie is a must see . Also if you can check out the two disc edition because it comes with tons of bonus stuff . For example it has a really detailed making of documentary which is really cool .

When they accidentally run afoul of the Maestro, Ben and Jack suddenly have their hands full. Private Resort was the third in a series of comic teen sex romps from producer R. Ben Efraim, each of which had the word Private in the title.

My thoughts : If you like wacky situation comedies then you might like this one . However this is a movie that not everyone will like because it really just depends on the persons taste . I will say I thought it was absolutly hilarious . I think it's worth a rent if you can find it . Plus with most stores if you don't like the movie you rented you can take it back and get a diffrent one .

My thoughts : Ok first off I am a huge SNL fan and I think both Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are hilarious and work really well together . However that's probably why I was sadly disapointed by this movie . I didn't think it was that funny and I just couldn't get into it.

So I've had a really good day today . I got to see my fiance which was tons of fun as always . Also the pain in my leg is starting to go away so that also has put me in a better mood . Joshua Jackson and Rachael Taylor star in this supernatural frightener.

My thoughts : I thought this movie would be interesting but I think perhaps my expectations were too high . This movie bored the sh*t out of me . I mean I couldn't even make it through the whole movie without falling asleep . I wouldn't recommend this movie to any true horror movie fan because it isn't scary at all .

My thoughts : I love this movie . I think it is absolutly hilarious . If you love situation comedies then this is a must see . I also think all of the actors done really good jobs in this movie .

His group of friends begins to disintegrate after coach Swifty (Bruno Kirby) not only makes a pass at Jim, but also catches him and his pals using drugs on the court and kicks them off the team. Out of school and on the streets, Jim turns tricks, betrays friends, robs stores, and deals drugs to feed his heroin addiction. Not even the efforts of former addict Reggie (Ernie Hudson) can cure Jim. Mark Wahlberg appears as one of Jim's basketball and drug buddies, while Carroll himself makes a memorable cameo as an addict who describes the almost Catholic rituals of shooting heroin.

My thoughts : This is a really good movie . If you haven't seen it yet you should . Also if you want to see a really good drama I highly recommend this movie. It has a really good storyline and Leo is really on top of his game in this movie .

Pain

Ok so for some reason my leg has been hurting at the very bottom on the backside for a few days now . I'm starting to wonder if there might be something wrong with it . I hope I haven't hurt it because I can't afford another doctor bill . Hopefully it will get better soon .

I bought some movies from a used movie place yesterday . I bought Chances Are on dvd , Carrie on dvd ,The Fog ( original not the remake) on dvd , Wonder Boys on dvd , and Air America on vhs . I got them all for 18 dollars . I just watched Air America a few minutes ago and I actually kinda liked it , I thought it was funny .

I worked most of the day today . Today wasn't such a bad work day . I got to stock most of the day which I prefer to do . I wish more days could be like today was ( then again that would be bad for business lol ) .

Ok nothing has really happened . It's just been a boring day . Yesterday I started painting the bathroom . I used a sage green to paint over the part of the walls that was pepto pink ( I hate that color ) . I'll probably start painting the top half of the walls tomorrow . After that I'm going to put up a dolphin border and then I'll pretty much be done with the bathroom , well except for a couple of small things . After I get through with the bathroom I'm going to start redoing the kitchen .

Also hopefully I'll get to see my fiance tomorrow . I miss him . Also if I do get to see him I want to go by Blockbuster and reserve the Iron Man dvd while I'm over that way . For those of you who didn't know it comes out on dvd September 30th .

I have to go to work at 4 . Sense I have to close up tonight I'm not really looking forward to it , but I just keep thinking about the money . Plus this is better than not having a job .

I just got back from work . It was a super chill day . I don't have to go back in till Tuesday . I have to do my house work later today though . I was going to do it yesterday but I had tons of other errands to do and one lady can only do so much in a day .

I've been talking to my friend Mary and she said we should hang out sometime . Which I totally agree because we always have fun together . Put me , Mary and her sister Katy together and we can even have fun doing otherwise boring things .

Tonight I plan on watching Discovery Channel because they are going to have a whole night of medical shows . For some reason I love to watch those things . I find them interesting .

Description : The popular animé series Cowboy Bebop gets its own feature-length film with the aptly named Cowboy Bebop: The Movie. Set in the late 21st century, it jumps into the series' story line just prior to its conclusion, with the bounty hunting crew of the interstellar craft Bebop chasing a hacker aboard a tanker into a major city on Mars. As crew member Faye Valentine closes in on the tanker, she witnesses its catastrophic explosion, which soon appears to be a viral terrorist attack as the death toll continues to mount in the days following. Furthermore, Faye caught a glimpse of the person responsible for the blast and is thus the only surviving witness of the crime. After the government puts out a large bounty for the perpetrator's capture, the Bebop gang -- slacker Spike Spiegel, former policeman Jet Black, and hacker girl genius Edward -- begin their own hunt for the mass murderer, who is eventually revealed to be one Vincent Volaju. Vincent, it turns out, was the lone survivor of a governmental medical test and now seeks revenge by unleashing the same microscopic robotic virus used in the tanker explosion on the unsuspecting city. The Bebop crew must scramble to prevent Vincent from carrying out his plan, as well as try to locate an anti-virus to counterattack the effects of Vincent's virus.

My thoughts : If you aren't into anime don't even give this movie a chance . I like anime so I thought I'd give it a shot and it absolutely bored me . There were a few action scenes here and there but other than that there wasn't anything that interesting in the movie .

Bryce and his girlfriend, Amanda (Ashley Scott), have come to the Bahamas for a few days of diving and fun, and Sam and Jared show them the waters while making use of his yacht. While diving with Sam, Bryce, and Amanda, Jared discovers the wreckage of a plane used to smuggle drugs, and thinks he may have found the big score he's always dreamed of. While Sam persuades Jared that the cargo is too risky to move, Bryce and Amanda think there's a fast buck to be made, and team up with Primo (Tyson Beckford), a local underground entrepreneur, to fence the contents of the plane. However, Bryce and Amanda have underestimated just how dangerous Primo and his henchmen can be, and now Sam and Jared must come to their rescue.

My Thoughts : This movie is ok . I mean it's not the best or a must see or anything but if you are looking for a good movie to watch to just kill some time then this is one you should rent . The acting in this movie is pretty good .

My thoughts : Ok this movie is really good . Maybe not a movie evryone will like but a movie people should give a chance . The acting in this movie is really good too . I also love the story .

Ok so the reason I haven't posted a blog in a few days is because I've been working a ton . Right now I'm super exhausted . I can't wait to get some sleep tonight . I have a day off tomorrow however I'll probably be back at work by Saturday or Sunday so yeah . I plan on chilling tomorrow . I've worked so much that last night I had a huge blister on my foot that I had to pop . Apparently that paper I was supposed to sign really wasn't a big deal because I asked my manager about it yesterday and she hasn't even filled out her part of it yet .
